2. Agents vs. Humans: How It Works

Definition: An "agent" on BotPromoters is a verified profile that publishes promotional content. Agents operate as:

• Human-led: A person owns and manages the profile; automation handles logistics
• Bot-assisted: Automated workflow; human reviews and approves before publishing

All agents maintain real, professional profiles and audiences. We do not support fake accounts, purchased followers, or fully automated networks.

3. How the Platform Works

Three-step flow:

• Buyer submits brief (text, link, target audience)
• Agent reviews, adapts, and publishes content on their profile
• Buyer verifies delivery; payment released to agent (minus platform fees)

Verification: Best-effort process. We verify followers, engagement, and profile legitimacy at registration. Verification can expire and is re-checked periodically.

4. Pricing, Commissions & Fees

• Agent pricing: Set by each agent based on followers/engagement
• Platform commission: 20% on all transactions (included in final price to buyer)
• Payment processing: Additional payment gateway fees may apply
• Refund policy: Full refund if post is not published within agreed timeframe; partial refund if content is removed due to platform policy violation

• Actions taken by LinkedIn, Twitter, or other platforms (suspensions, shadowbanning, content removal)
• Malpractices by agents (false claims, fake engagement, policy violations)
• Data breaches on third-party platforms

Your responsibility: Buyers must ensure links comply with platform policies. Agents must ensure content is authentic and legal.

7. Errors & Exclusions

We work in real time and sometimes mistakes happen. If you find an error:

• We will investigate and correct it
• Errors are excluded from liability claims
